If I’m not on site or in a meeting, I can usually take phone calls at the following times:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Availability
I will always try to answer messages as soon as possible, but owing to the on-site nature of garden design work, I may not be able to respond immediately. In general it’s often best to contact me on my landline, as it can often be difficult to answer my mobile or to have a proper conversation if I’m on site or in a meeting.
I am often available at the times shown, but if it is not possible to call before 6pm, please do not call after 8pm.
Please do not call me on a Sunday. If you are not free to make contact at another time, please send an email rather than phoning.

Before you contact me
My Terms and Conditions explain how I work, and it will be very helpful if you can take the time to read through them before contacting me. I try to ensure that you are kept up-to-date as much as possible throughout all phases of a design project, but there are a number of things that can be generally agreed before any work starts.
It will also be helpful if you can fill in the Online Questionnaire. As well as providing your contact details, this can really help you think through what you want from your garden before we start – which will save time and potentially money (!) in the long run.
All of this simply helps to ensure that we can enjoy working together to create a unique, inspirational garden, that meets, and hopefully exceeds, your expectations!
